98% of security video in Australia is never seen by a human eye! EVERY TIME our alarm system is activated, it is seen instantly. We have the opportunity to ask the police to attend immediately, before the intruders are aware of what is happening and often before they have a chance to leave.

There are 4 key stages to our wireless video monitoring process:
Intrusion - If an intruder enters the site the system is activated. Videofied Motion detectors can operate day or night, sunshine or driving rain, inside or outside without fail or false alarm.
Detection - We can set the alarm to automatically sounds on site. At the same time the alarm automatically notifies the iPatrol State of the Art A1 Graded Alarm Monitoring Centre.
Observation - The motion detector camera visually verifies intrusion and sends a 10 second video clip directly to the iPatrol monitoring technicians. iPatrol will contact us immediately, and Police can be asked to attend a verifiable crime. We receive the video clip by phone directly or via the monitoring station.
Apprehension - Because the motion viewers capture the offender's image, a verifiable alarm can be proved. Police respond much quicker to such information. The rate of apprehension using this system in Australia is unheard of as Police often catch the offenders on site or have clear evidence of the offenders for later identification and arrest.
We take this area seriously and do whatever is possible to make sure your goods are protected. It is important for you to understand however that under Self Storage Association of Australasia standard contracts, the safety of your goods is still your legal responsibility. This is the case with every Self Storage business in Australia. You should contact the Self Storage Association if you have been told otherwise by any supplier.
